With each FjØRD purchase, you are protected with a 1-year warranty that covers all manufacturer defects. If you have any issues during this warranty period, simply send an email to steven@fjordcoldplunge.com or call us directly at 817-300-8222 and we will work quickly to troubleshoot the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, we will send you a new part or new machine at no cost to you. We also offer an extended 3-year warranty available at time of purchase.
